The Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease program is a walking program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease.
Traditionally, this program is held in-person three times a week for six weeks during the spring, summer, and fall. To keep our community safe, we are excited to offer a combination of in-person and virtual Walk With Ease sessions.
